Nutmeg Website redesign
Web design

Problem
- Cluttered design with too much information overwhelming the user
- Excessive scrolling required to reach important content
- Unclear and excessive amount of call-to-action, making it confusing to book a free consultation
- Inconsistent visual hierarchy across all five websites
- No dynamism, resulting in low user engagement

Solution
- Simplified the design and structure by adding more white space, reorganizing the page layout into cleaner sections, and reducing overall content. This minimized clutter and eliminated excessive scrolling.
- Streamlined the number of call-to-action (CTA) sections, making the main action — booking a free consultation — more prominent and easier to access. This led to an increase in clicks and conversions.
- Introduced a new pricing section that clearly outlined the different types of advice offered. This helped provide upfront transparency and improved user understanding.
- Established consistent visual hierarchy across all five websites by using a shared design template. While content was customized for each site, the overall layout and visual system created a cohesive brand experience.
- Enhanced visual engagement by incorporating more varied backgrounds and high-quality imagery. This added dynamism and made the sites feel more modern, lively, and interactive.
