Mental health awareness poster series

This is a series of six posters designed to raise awareness about key mental health experiences. Each poster focuses on a specific emotional or psychological theme—burnout, perfectionism, depression, anxiety, confidence, and trauma. The series aims to foster understanding, encourage empathy, and spark meaningful conversations.

To inspire resilience and hope, each poster concludes with a motivational phrase, offering support and encouragement to navigate these challenges. These posters are designed for sharing on social media and online platforms to reach and empower a broad audience.

Creative process

For this project, I started by sketching ideas on a notepad. I kept things loose and let the concepts flow naturally, without overthinking them. I began with some obvious visual representations and gradually refined them, narrowing down to more geometric and abstract designs that still communicated the core message of each theme.

For example, when working on Anxiety, I thought about how it often feels overwhelming, disorganized, and unclear. To represent that, I used overlapping circles of different sizes, layered on top of each other, to create a sense of chaos and tension.
